How do I check my out-of-network benefits?
Call your insurance provider and ask:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services?
What is the reimbursement rate?
Do I need to meet a deductible before coverage begins?
Are telehealth sessions covered?
Do you offer sliding scale or reduced fees?
We offer a limited number of sliding scale slots based on financial need. Please feel free to reach out if cost is a concern — we’ll do our best to accommodate or refer you to low-cost options.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice — or missed sessions — will be charged the full session fee.
Please note that insurance does not cover missed or late-cancelled sessions, so this fee is the client’s responsibility.
